10-15 small potatoes, peeled and diced
2 medium onions, diced
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can beef broth
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 envelope beef stew mix
2 1/2-3 lbs beef stew
Put all ingredients into crock pot (use a crock pot liner in crock for quick clean up).
Mix well.
Cook on High for 5-6 hours (10-12 hours on low).
